Tracey has a wealth of knowledge and experience in selecting products that are eco-friendly, cruelty-free, vegan, organic, palm oil free, and fair trade. She ensures that every hamper is filled with quality and goodness, from the delicious treats to the reusable packaging.

How do I order corporate gift hampers?

You can order corporate gift hampers in three easy ways:

Online: Browse our website and choose from our range of pre-designed hampers.

If you have multiple delivery addresses, you can also use our bulk order form > download the form here.

At checkout, you can pay either with credit card, or select bank deposit.

Email: Send us an email to hello@goodnessgifthampers.com.au with your order details, such as the number of hampers, the products you want to include, the personalisation options, the delivery addresses and the delivery date. We will reply with a quote and an invoice for your confirmation.

Phone: Call us on 1300 301767 and speak to one of our friendly staff who will assist you with your order.

Will you work with Purchase Orders and invoice payments?

Yes. There are a number of ways that you can do this. Either place your order on the website and select "Bank Deposit" for the payment type. You will then receive an order confirmation and the details to pay the invoice.

Alternatively, contact us for a custom order, and we will prepare the invoice and email to you.

How long does it take to deliver corporate gift hampers?

The delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method you choose. Your hamper can leave us within 24 hours. Shipping Australia-wide takes 2-7 business days depending on the location. We also offer express shipping which takes 1-3 business days depending on the location. For Brisbane metro area, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before noon on weekdays.

Can I choose my own gift hamper contents?

Yes absolutely. Our foremost goal is for your recipient to use all of the hamper contents and for there to be no waste from sending items that are suitable for them! So we want to make sure that the contents are tailored.

You can choose one of the existing pre-designed hampers, and then also add individual items from our Add ons collection.

How are the gift boxes packaged?

We specialise in beautiful plastic free packaging! Even the outer box is sealed with paper tape. Our boxes are black with a kraft inside and tied with a fabric ribbon.

Do you offer corporate branding?

We offer a number of corporate branding options from a card placed inside with your logo (one or more hampers), to a ribbon printed with your logo (10 or more hampers). Please email us on hello@goodnessgifthampers.com.au with your vision.

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?

Yes, we offer Gift Vouchers through our sister site, Biome. You can purchase gift cards online at Biome here, or for multiple gift vouchers sent to different people, we can assist you personally.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can also contact us by phone or email if you have any questions or concerns about your order.
