Goodness Hampers adheres to the Australian Consumer Law for consumer guarantees and returns.  If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us immediately.

Due to the hampers containing food and personal care items, hampers can not be exchanged for change of mind.

If you have received an incorrect item/s or an item was damaged in transit please contact our customer service team immediately.  Please email goodness@biome.com.au
